SKIP IT! The place was DIRTY the staff were rude beyond belief, and to top it off, they managed to mess up my order. But the cherry on top? There was ACTUAL TRASH in my coffee. Absolutely disgusting. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this dump at all costs.

Got coffee from this place today—This place needs to work on its customer service. There was a young woman we asked for a coffee sleeve from and she said they didn’t have them, then when my partner nicely asked for a cup, she looked upset and slowly handed one, then I said never mind we just need a napkin, then they unhelpfully mentioned it’s near the door. Learn how to have better customer service skills if you’re front facing with customers.

The iced coffee is made incorrectly, I noticed by color and when I took a sip I spat it out. It's two silver bags of Iced Ground Coffee, Two Parts Ice, 4 quarts of water. Stir ten times and throw out by end of the day. *previous Dunkin Shift Lead* I ordered a medium and got a large , they were going to pour over instead of remaking it. Iced coffee is horrible, I just threw it out.

Take the extra drive or walk to avoid this Dunkin. They were extremely rude an unhelpful when I tried to use my points to discount my food in which didn't go through and the lady said I'll take the person behind u while you figure it out.... Ummmm I have used this before and never had an issue plus ISNT THAT YOUR JOB?! She proceeded to take multiple people in front of me and then said really rudely "did u finally figure it out" I ended up walking out sorry there's a Dunkin every half mile in the city...
