This is one of the best dunkin locations I’ve ever been to. I usually put my mobile order in as I’m going up the escalator from the red line and 9 times out of 10 my order is already ready by the time I get there. They really do a great job taking care of me when I’m too lazy/tired to have breakfast and coffee at home. They’re also usually not busy at all and everyone is very nice :)

Probably the worst dunkin’s to go to they always advertise stuff on the menu and never have it and it’s annoying and not to mention they only have 2 people working here and they have so many bugs flying around it’s disgusting and always makes me not wanna order anything.

Matcha Latte was all white, even after attempting to swirl the drink.
I made a mobile order and the employees at the store lost my order. They refused to fulfill my order even after I showed the receipt and my bank statement saying it went through. I contacted Dunkin' Donuts support and they said it went through. Employees still refused to give me my order. This is theft.
Mashair was very helpful with my first Dunkin’ experience, she helped me order a toasted french vanilla iced latte (small iced almond milk latte, two shots of French vanilla, and two shots of toasted almond). It was delicious!
i asked for a strawberry donut, got a chocolate. It was drier than a popeyes biscuit too…
Every time I come in, the staff are so welcoming and communicative. Honestly, Dunkin is Dunkin and it's there, but I really appreciate the people who work at this location. They deal with everything and they do it with grace and understanding. Especially when my sensory processing disorder kicks in and I can't decipher anything I'm hearing. Staff, if you're reading this, it's not your lovely accents, it's my disability. You're all so kind and I hope my etiquette properly expresses my gratitude. May your days be filled with laughter and peace.
TLDR; these employees are the reason I continue to patronize this location. They deserve recognition for all the hard work they do for such a busy location.

Ordered the Maple Bacon sandwich (which is priced higher) and received regular bacon. Didn’t noticed until I was already to my destination. Check your items always.

There's a difference between Hearing and Listening...Nancy! They need to work on their customer service and take responsibility when they get an order wrong instead of blaming the customer.

We were walking and decided to go in and have a coffee. When we entered the first thing we saw was that the place is too dirty. The opening hours start at 8:00 am and we arrived at 8:15 am, which means that it should still be clean, which allowed me to conclude that they do not do good cleaning and if that is how it is with the place, I cannot imagine the hygiene. what they have with food.THE ATTENTION OF THE EMPLOYEES IS TERRIBLE. It was ordered in English (my English is not the best but I asked in a way that made me understand) then when they handed me the coffee I realized that it did not have a product on it that it was supposed to come with so I tried to explain in English and the employee did as if he didn't understand me and when I sit down to drink my coffee I realize that he speaks Spanish. That is to say, he could have collaborated with me and he didn't. IF YOU ARE A TOURIST I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT ENTER THIS LOCAL
