Came here for a solo happy hour and had a great experience. The outside is a little sketchy but there was a police car posted so I didn't feel unsafe. You can take the stairs or the elevator up to the rooftop. It's a very "no frills" type of place don't expect anything trendy or fancy. It’s definitely a “no frills” type of place so don’t expect anything trendy or fancy. The house margarita wasn’t very good but my waitress suggested a mango margarita with Tajin and it was great!
