worker ignored me until a group of white people walked in 5 minutes after me. i ordered a single hot chocolate which is a simple drink and yet i had to wait until the worker made everyone else’s drink which were more elaborate and took more time to make. on top of that my drink wasn’t even fully mixed and there were still clumps of the hot chocolate mix in my drink. so this location is pretty rude and racist if you’re a black person

This Dunkin is fine but they don’t actually have decaf iced coffee and will just straight up give you regular caffeinated coffee without telling you. This is illegal and dangerous for pregnant women or those with medical conditions.

I ordered the $6 meal deal at Dunkin Donuts at North Ave and Segdewick on the corner. I specifically asked for NO bacon on the sandwich and when I got to my JOB there was BACON in IT!!!! I don’t EAT any PORK meat!!! I called to complain and wanted a refund. The operation manager said “ the $6 deal meal is only prepared with BACON”. I have purchased without bacon before, the clerks there NEVER said I couldn’t have it WITHOUT bacon!!!! She refused to refund my money. The sandwich was GARBAGE!!! And, this is not the first time this DUNKIN DONUTS sold terrible food. The hash brown also tasted as if they old!! AND THE MANAGEMENT DON’T CARE!!!!
