As soon as I walk into this Dunkin' Donuts, that I've never been in before but there was someone sitting right there by the door with a bunch of bags on the floor. I have nothing against or about homeless people. Everyone else was just standing around looking like doing much but just kicking it didn't have any Dunkin Donuts products in their hand or anything just kicking it around there. They charge $5 and some change for a medium hot or iced coffee when you can go on the south Westside and get a cup of the same coffee for $3 and some change. That was my first and last time going into that Dunkin' donuts for anything😔

On a winters night when you get up and say wow id like a nice hot chocolate, to go here and have someone say we don't have them was such a disappointment, they should be closed and tortured for the lack of hot chocolate!

This place was a gem. Open 24 hours a day. They changed the person who works the night shift and now I have stopped going. First it was small mistake like the drink size of the syrup added. Then the drinks looked like diluted mud. And it ended when I ordered to take to my job and we I get to the office every single donut was a stale rock hard piece of dough. That new person knowingly sold me substandard inedible products.

My oh my.....guys I got a medium shake and a medium frozen coffee. Tell me why I spent $18?? Insane. The young lady that took care of me was the most sweetest thing ever in life, the only reason I gave 5 stars for service. But baby....those prices?! Come on now. I wish I would be back. No way.

As a resident, customer at this Hyde Park location I am highly disappointed. Location has gone completely down hill with the way they choose to treat customers even after they’re in the wrong. Drinks have way too much sugar and they begins to speak and joke as if it’s a joke because we complain about it. Wait time reaches up to 15 minutes for a basic coffee, waiting in line over 10 minutes. The males be out of uniform in outside clothing behind the counter. Each individual would be so visibly on their phones while line long. And this has been going on for a year now. I’ve attempted to reach out to store manger but the phone number never works and when I request it they deny or look at each other as if I’m speaking foreign. I looked on BBB to report a complain for the location but it doesn’t pop up. Well should’ve have to go out of our way to report these individuals. None of them wear a name tag so we can report them by name. No matter how many chances you give this place, it gets worse. Employees need to care more about their customers regardless of race and ethnicity. I will keep reporting until something is resolved.
