As a resident, customer at this Hyde Park location I am highly disappointed. Location has gone completely down hill with the way they choose to treat customers even after they’re in the wrong. Drinks have way too much sugar and they begins to speak and joke as if it’s a joke because we complain about it. Wait time reaches up to 15 minutes for a basic coffee, waiting in line over 10 minutes. The males be out of uniform in outside clothing behind the counter. Each individual would be so visibly on their phones while line long. And this has been going on for a year now. I’ve attempted to reach out to store manger but the phone number never works and when I request it they deny or look at each other as if I’m speaking foreign. I looked on BBB to report a complain for the location but it doesn’t pop up. Well should’ve have to go out of our way to report these individuals. None of them wear a name tag so we can report them by name. No matter how many chances you give this place, it gets worse. Employees need to care more about their customers regardless of race and ethnicity. I will keep reporting until something is resolved.

clearly they have staffing issues now cause there’s no reason a coffee should take 25 minutes to make when it was mobile ordered and nobody was there. really short hispanic lady ignored me and two other men who had been standing there far longer than this high school student. they’ll serve a homeless man who was bothering everyone before they serve a regular

Sorry but this Dunkin does not have it. Coffee is gross and watery. The bacon egg bagel sandwich was overly chewy and hash browns were soggy. Have tried it at least 3 times now and I still haven’t had a good experience. One positive was that the mobile ordering is fast.
Very bad attitude. They don’t listen and then they complain that you returning your coffee cuz it wasn’t what i asked for. I literally took my coffee and throw it in trash. Very disappointed
