Dunkin donuts on Stoney Island and 67th and Jeffrey have a public number but they never answer. Although, when you go into their establishment their service is good. I only gave them 3 stars for food because they need to have GLUTEN FREE donuts for those of us that have gluten sensitivities we like donuts too.Dietary restrictions: They need to have gluten free donuts for those of us that have gluten sensitivities. We like donuts too.

This location has its ups and downs. I've had easy simple orders messed up, a rude male employee who had a nasty attitude and yelled at me about requesting whip crème on my iced coffee. The employee who is amazing and always makes my food and drinks on par is EARL. That man deserves a raise.

When I went into this location I’m greeted by lachynna by the time I come in my coffee is already ready for meVegetarian options: They have egg omelette bites they is so delicious especially when January in the kitchen everything is so perfect

My coffee is not fresh at all and the girl that work there was outside smoking before she came in and made my coffee ????? I will never go back to this location in spend my money again!!!!!!!
My second time going to this location and twice they have messed up a simple no cream or sugar in my coffee, they make it to milky and sweet smh will NOT EVER GO BACK

I have an speech impairment and as I was ordering I heard one person saying taking all day shidd!! My feelings was hurt because i stutter I replied what you just say and she just was nasty towards me for no reason or because I stutter it was a dangerous feeling for me because she walked around to my face and i wanted to tase her but this time i didn't have it because i am at work on lunch break!??

I ordered a medium coffee, one donut & munchkins. Coffee was average $2 & change but taste old, donut reg price of $1.79 and the munchkins were the same price as the whole donut. My total should not have been $21, I could’ve bought a dozen for cheaper. FRANCHISE DUNKIN OWNER YOU HAVE LOST YOUR MIND AND OBVIOUSLY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT FOOD COST OR HOW IT WORKS. You need to adjust your prices accordingly for the hole of a donut is not the same as a whole donut & respond accordingly.Good day

So they forgot my bagels yesterday and 3 women tried to attack me over my food I paid for ???? one girl was the owner then proceeded to say insults about my uggs and hair ? this place is a joke if you can stop somewhere else please don’t go into this miserable establishment don’t deserve to still be open I contacted corporate I hope you ladies get the help that you need
