They upcharged me for an extra flavor in my coffee and the price of a small ice was higher than a medium which makes no sense. I used to come in there everyday n all of sudden it’s a bs city of Chicago tax on my receipt which I have never seen nor do I see to this day. Scammers
I stopped by early in the morning around 7am hoping to enjoy a nice peppermint mocha, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t great 😕☕. The drink I received was cold when it was supposed to be hot, and to make things worse, the cup was only filled about halfway, which was really disappointing. It definitely didn’t feel like I got what I paid for 💸. On top of that, the customer service wasn’t very helpful or welcoming, which made the situation even more frustrating....read full review
I stopped by one morning to grab the hot tea my wife had gotten for me before ☕. I didn’t remember the name, so I asked for help. One of the employees was actually trying to explain it, and I’ll admit—it was early and I wasn’t fully awake yet 😅. But then another girl jumped in with a really rude attitude, saying I’d already been told the name multiple times 😳. The tone felt unnecessary and honestly pretty disrespectful.

Dunkin' at Stoney Island and 67th and Jeffrey offers good service, but the phone is rarely answered. The atmosphere is pleasant, with friendly staff. Some experiences include mix-ups and rude employees, except for the exceptional worker named Earl, who consistently delivers top-notch service.
Customers suggest adding gluten-free donuts. The staff is always cool, and it's great to have a community where customers feel comfortable enough to have a conversation. The manager, January, and her daughter China, who works on the coffee, are praised for their excellent service, ensuring customers are never late for work.
