Wait staff was pleasant and fairly quick for the crowd they had.My issue was Lavender Iced Matcha Venti, did not look or taste like it should have. By the morning of the 23rd. I had drank 4 in the week. The customer should be able to sip a little Lavender foam and push the straw further down for your matcha. I still left a decent tip.
I absolutely adore my visits to this place. The team is unfailingly friendly, and while it can get bustling in the morning, the outstanding customer service is what keeps me returning.

I might have to make a formal city complaint because Starbucks at this location does print you a receipt when order through drive-thru. It’s annoying have to ask for a receipt every time you buy a coffee and even worst when you have to report your expenses and you don’t get a prove of your purchases.
