I waited for 20 minutes for my order just to be told that I would have to wait 7 more minutes for one more piece of chicken after they served 5 people order that came in after me. I just asked for a refund and lift . Because three pieces of my chicken were ready and sitting there waiting for one piece of chicken ,that was going to take 7 more minutes to cook.
Sat at the menu too long when the cashiers ask to take my order, after repeating it several time, she said wait a minute. Which took about five or more minutes. A guy then ask to take my order again. I had to keep repeating it, I asked did I need drive around he said hold up, then asked again what my order, he continuously asked about fries. After him telling me to drive around. Rude and inefficient service in drive through. My request for order separation was met with 2 bags stuck out the window and the ‘boy’ telling me this is what I get. No biscuits with our Tuesday special.Parking: Holes throughout the drive through route and parking spaces.
