? So got 2 medium pumpkin spice ice coffees and both were terrible. When I got home it tastes like water and cream. Like it was so diluted and gross. I took it back and explained that both coffees taste terrible. With an attitude the young lady remade both. They taste completely the same deluted. It's such a shame that I had to pay a lot of money $10 for 2 coffees that employees or owners are diluting the coffee to save on coffee when it's a coffee joint. Just ridiculous. It makes since why no one was at this location. I will be contacting a supervisor and corporate about this. It's that serious, unfair to charge people all this money and dilute their drinks. This should not be happening.

I always have a good experience. There was a period of time where it seemed like an exceptionally high turnover rate so my order kept being a little off but that seems to have blown over now. Only thing is they tend to be out of stuff I want a little more than other locations I visit but the workers are always doing a good job. Parking lot is small and you have to be buzzed in to actually go in location.

What a terrible DD. The owner should fire them all. Their a bunch of lazy incompetent people..I waited 18 minutes in line and couldn't get out because it's so tight and constructive. I was told when I got to the order speaker I was told it would be another 5 minutes b4 they could take my order. I'll never go here again. Total incompetent people who don't care

The young lady Layla (or however it's spelled) slammed the drive thru window because I didn't back all the way back to get off their timer. Anyone in customer service should know, it's a courtesy for customers to back up and pull forward to help their time clock. Then she had the audacity to not give me my receipt and walk away.

Customer service is important in an establishment. I believe this place is still there because there is a need for what it offers. That doesn’t mean we have to be served with attitudes. If it is a waste of time to prepare a coffee or to correct a drink that was made incorrectly then maybe this isn’t the job for you.

I was there yesterday and I screwed up a simple order for one cappuccino. They were supposed to put two Splenda in and they did not put anything. This place consistently gets orders wrong because they are lazy. I have spoke with the manager several times he needs to find some different people.
I ordered $22 worth of drinks. 2 Caramel Cappuccino Blasts and 1 Strawberry smoothie. They were terribly made. Ice chunks so big that we had to try to chew and drink at the same time. They tasted diluted...completely off at the first sip. We were already late for an event or we would have returned them. They ended up in the trash. I called corporate and was told that the local restaurant would reach out. The manager did and left a message. I called back 4 times, I left messages and even spoke to her once. She said she would call me back as she was driving. She never picked up the phone again and never called me back. All I wanted was a credit...gift card for the money wasted. Terrible customer service.
