I always place a mobile order at least 15 min in advance and when I arrive at the location, my order is still not ready. Mobile orders are apparently not a priority here which is disappointing because I order ahead so I can take my kids to school right after. Very disappointed with this location as it use to be one of my favorite DDs.

The food is good there like any other Dunkin’ Donuts, but they like to get orders wrong, I asked for iced coffee no sugar, they added sugar on that drink. I asked for a black tea, and they gave me black coffee. So annoying having to go back in and wait for my order to be redone whilst there’s other people trying to get their order aswell.

Custom service is top tier. I order black coffee and fix it to my liking at home you can't go wrong there but however I purchased 2 dozen donuts and the frosting was watery and the donuts were gummy. It's happened several times. There was no problem with a refund again the manager and employees are awesome but when spending 40 bucks on some donuts u kinda expect them to at least be edible. I will continue to purchase coffee but as far as the donuts go... it's a hard pass.

Donut tasted old. Only 2 very small tables to if you chose to enjoy your beverages and food on the inside of the restaurant. No service with a smile and no working public restroom.

I ordered iced coffee. It was awful. Slightly sweet tasting water with creme added. It didn't have enough ice. One sip and that was it for me. The lady that took my order was super nice tho.
This is my second time ordering from here and being delivered the wrong ice cream. Store was not able to refund me so I have 3 scoops of ice cream that I do not want.

? So got 2 medium pumpkin spice ice coffees and both were terrible. When I got home it tastes like water and cream. Like it was so diluted and gross. I took it back and explained that both coffees taste terrible. With an attitude the young lady remade both. They taste completely the same deluted. It's such a shame that I had to pay a lot of money $10 for 2 coffees that employees or owners are diluting the coffee to save on coffee when it's a coffee joint. Just ridiculous. It makes since why no one was at this location. I will be contacting a supervisor and corporate about this. It's that serious, unfair to charge people all this money and dilute their drinks. This should not be happening.

I always have a good experience. There was a period of time where it seemed like an exceptionally high turnover rate so my order kept being a little off but that seems to have blown over now. Only thing is they tend to be out of stuff I want a little more than other locations I visit but the workers are always doing a good job. Parking lot is small and you have to be buzzed in to actually go in location.

They closed they lobby a hour b4 closing then what to tell u go thru the drive thru like why would I want to stand or walking up to the drive thru when cars is pulling up

What a terrible DD. The owner should fire them all. Their a bunch of lazy incompetent people..I waited 18 minutes in line and couldn't get out because it's so tight and constructive. I was told when I got to the order speaker I was told it would be another 5 minutes b4 they could take my order. I'll never go here again. Total incompetent people who don't care
