Food is good. But I feel that DD needs a makeover and New HR team. This particular location feels sad, unloved and a bit neglected. The environment is rubbing off on the employees. Gone are the days when a customer walks up to the pickup counter where one wants patiently that an employee would walk up and with a smile say, "Good morning. How can I help you?". But alas, people running around and no one bothered to ask me anything as I waited and waited for some service....

I guess they be quite busy in the mornings at the time I stop by. There's about three employees working wanted to register one to prepare the meals and one at the drive-thru. So they were okay.

June 2023

Today June 18th 2022 I visited Dunkin. In the morning it's fairly busy so I had to return. However, in the evenings it's not so busy. The meals are hot and the customer service improves as time progresses which is good. It's a good place to visit
