This location I don’t know what’s going on inside but they always say there is no hot food available. It’s very frequent that they do this and I want to know the reason behind it

Food is good. But I feel that DD needs a makeover and New HR team. This particular location feels sad, unloved and a bit neglected. The environment is rubbing off on the employees. Gone are the days when a customer walks up to the pickup counter where one wants patiently that an employee would walk up and with a smile say, "Good morning. How can I help you?". But alas, people running around and no one bothered to ask me anything as I waited and waited for some service....

I guess they be quite busy in the mornings at the time I stop by. There's about three employees working wanted to register one to prepare the meals and one at the drive-thru. So they were okay.
