Came to this store and it was completely filthy. Also, who 1. Closes down their bathrooms early in the afternoon (I was refused to use them) and 2. Charges extra for a water? Ludicrous.
Anyway, saving grace was that my coffee was absolutely banger.
Edited: I sat for an hour here and watched an interaction that made me lower the review. A gentleman came in with his disabled friend. They gave him a very gross looking hot drink and when he requested they remake it, they just changed the cup. He asked for a refund and they gave him issues about it. Yikes. Not returning here.

Older man on his Bluetooth was standing there checking out this young lady with shorts on as she walked away with her order, he just kept looking at her legs up and down and licked his lips, I was like ok ur right in front of me and his female coworker, he ignored me and walked away as I said my order and she took mine instead, when I stepped back to wait he comes back and goes “are you done”. Like bro I caught you being a pervert.
Efficient drive through experience

Viki’s pretty nice person and give us a good

Why does it say on Google you open at 4:30, when you really open at 5???
Went in to get a decaf, they didn't have any made and the guy at the counter just refused to make a fresh pot. How do you refuse to sell coffee when your business IS TO SELL COFFEE
Great staff and great atmosphere. The best place for coffee and donuts.
Parking: There is a parking lot for this Dunkin and its very accessible
Kid-friendliness: Staff is really patient with kids.

I recently visited Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins and had an outstanding experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to Vaseem, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant visit. He was friendly, attentive, and efficient, highly recommend this location for its excellent service and fresh Coffee.
If you run out of a donut that’s costs more than the others after someone has paid for it. Don’t just rudely say “we’re out” and just stand there and stare blankly at us. Provide options! Give the customer a cost equivalent solution. Have some communications skills for goodness sake.

They don’t care about mobile orders and prioritize all in-person orders. Don’t come if you expect mobile orders will save you time.
