This morning I stop to get me a quick breakfast and I don’t know if the people on the drive through have hearing problems because what they gave me was no bacon wrap pancake! It’s not the first time they messed up my order, and when you asked for your receipt they have the nerve to get mad. Last time I stop there because I’ve given them many chances and they still can’t get s#!+ right!

Worst Dunkin I have ever been too. I don’t write reviews but really needed to share. I went to this Dunkin because I was in the city getting my hair done. I love in Plainfield IL and go to Dunkin every morning for coffee. I hadn’t had coffee this morning because I was rushing to the city for my hair appointment. Make a long story short, as I was arriving to my appointment, I stopped in to grab a coffee. I ordered my coffee and a donut. The cashier (an Indian) places the donut on the counter and processed to make my coffee. I look into the bag and grab the donut. I take the donut out of the bag and break it in half and noticed that the donut was stale. The cashier walks up to give me the coffee and I ask for another donut because the donut was stale. She yells “you touched it” I ask her “What does that mean? She says you touched it and refused to give me another donut. She walks away speaking in another language and got the manager. At this point, I asked for my money back. I have never experienced this and will be contacting corporate because the customer service was awful and I was treated unfair

I ordered two strawberry smoothies. I was specific - no bananas. I arrive at the window, what I see is a peach color. I ask was it strawberry no bananas. He said yes. I tasted the smoothie it was peach. Not what I ordered! I thought strawberry smoothies were red in color? The store has butchered my coffee, now the smoothies. I'm done!!!! I do not have the money nor patience when I'm SPECIFIC.

This place has horrible customer service. They need to learn how to make their customers a priority. Don’t rush the customer because there is a line, that same customer is just as important when there is no line vs when there is one.

Got a glazed donut from here and their donuts in general never seem to taste fresh. I don't know, maybe it's just me. They tend to mess up when making iced coffee by adding too much cream or not enough sugar. This location seem to be understaffed as well. The good thing is If you tell them your issue with your order, you can be refunded or they will remake your drink. Overall it's not horrible.

Horrible experience! I had to wait 10 years for the coffee that I ordered! The guy couldn’t even answer why it took so long. There was only one guy before me. Apparently the manager couldn’t really speak English, so I had to squeeze it out of them, and then he finally said the speaker was broke. But that’s a lie because the speaker worked when I ordered, I think it was another story and they didn’t want to say what it was. Anyways, forget this place, go somewhere else instead. I do not recommend this location any longer!
