I went in with my family today and I ordered 2 $5 dollar meal deals. We got the coffee first and one coffee was wrong it was supposed to have 3 caramel in it but had no sweetener. I went up to the counter to ask them to fix it and put 3 caramel pumps in. The lady was rude to me and at first ignored me and told me I was wrong when the cashier heard me wrong. When we got our meals they did not give us one of the wake up wraps and charged me for hash browns that I did not order. At this point I was afraid to even go back up and say something because the employee was rude and hostile. Not the type of atmosphere or environment customers feel safe and comfortable in.

Every time I come here, I am met with a disrespectful, rude worker. When I order something off the menu, they always seem so bothered to do their job. Today was my last straw after countless times. I came to the drive thru with my sister and we ordered LARGE beverages. We received mediums, and immediately sent them back. The mediums looked well made with proper serving sizes of each product, yet when we received our larges, they were incredibly diluted and the cups are over 75% filled with ice. We had to get shitty products for their mistake and this has happened too many times. Fix your employees Dunkin.

They know what they do by charging you before you get your order zero customer service i would have never purchased if I knew that before hand i don't like to eat drink anything from people like that !

The girls are always rude. We can’t ever make changes in drinks, we are always told “it comes as it is”. I’ve always had a terrible time whenever I try purchasing at this Dunkin. Won’t be going back ever

I was shocked to find so many negative reviews while nothing changes , I guess the store owner doesn't care same goes for the company .
Never ever order donuts on the app cuz they will give you old ones .
At least in person you got to choose and if they give you an attitude then leave the store.
Great location , busy but customer service is awful . will call the company and see if they really don't care 😎

This place is horrible the Mexican girl w a lot of make up she’s always in the drive thru w an attitude!! Took them 10 min to give me my order AND still had to ask me like 5xs more at the window ,that what was my order ?. Very slow and very poor customer service. She was just on the phone ignoring me. Employees should not be allowed to have theirs phones while taking care of the customers !!!

BEWARE THIS LOCATION SCAMS. they scammed me twice. Once they overcharged me for a drink I had a discount on, this time I ordered a medium sized drink and was charged for a medium but given a small. I didn’t realize till I left. Beyond disappointing how no one seems to have any morals or integrity these days.

They used to have really good service here, but the past few weeks have just been awful. Yesterday they forgot my hash browns and today they FORGOT TO PUT CHEESE ON MY BACON, EGG AND CHEESE BAGEL!!! it's like the 3rd or 4th time they mess up the order, what's going on?

Sooo we went in and wanted some milkshakes and the lady told us, they weren't serving the ice creams on the right side of the freezer, due to the ice cream being too frozen !!?? and they we're unable to scoop. I'm sorry what?

One of the worst experiences I had in this store. This store gives DUNKIN DONUTS & BASKIN ROBIN A BAD NAME. I have actually worked and manage multiple Dunkin donuts and Baskin robins in past and also been in and tried out thousands of Dunkin and Baskin Robin locations.

Atmosphere was very dull and weak - zero energy. There were couple of guests in lobby. Not a clean dine in at all. Then as I approached to the order. There were three female staff members . They all saw me coming in. Anyway after a minute or two, one of them took my order - i feel like she might be a manager or shift leader. Because she had that face on lol. But anyway, There was zero customer service. Very rude , no Hi or how you doing? There was no welcoming of the guests. I felt like I was talking a dead zombie if I'm being real. Zero interest in customers. Food was alright. I'm not gonna lie, hot chocolate was good. That was the only good thing and hash browns too. But after they got the ready and placed it on the counter. Just walked away. The person who hand me my drink actually smiled. That was a bonus. I actually felt good. But looks like the manager was on phone once she took my order instead of actually engaging with guests. They girl who my hash browns put the bag on the counter and turned around right away without making if I need anything . Samething with the person who gave me the almond croissant - she was the one who took my order. She placed the bag on the counter and walked away too . I felt like the entire time, I actuality felt bad for them because they didn't get a good leadership or training.
If you don't know how to run a business, please shut it down. Less pain for your guests.

They lack motivation, energy, engagement with guest, customer service skills , and it's like they don't want to be there at all.

It was very sad. It feels like they all gave up.

Overall, the lack of professionalism and attention to customer service was disheartening. I hope this location can improve their service, as I’ve always enjoyed Dunkin' products

My expectations are always too high when it comes to dunkin donuts and Baskin Robin I guess.

As we all have bad days and we all are tired but the energy you put out other specially in Customer service industry really matters.

This doesn't mean , I will stop coming in Dunkin or Baskin. Like I said, because of one location I cannot blame a brand. The people working in their actually give brand this big a very bad name. It's a shame.

Zero stars for the service been here three times and every time was treated with a bad attitude from the employees. They don’t give a damn about what you are saying or asking. Honestly it’s not that hard of a job to take a coffee order right. Not only in person experience at the store even when you order through DoorDash from this store they always mess up the order happened to me before. Overall its just the attitude.

Jenny and Alma are two of the best dunkin employees I have come across in a long time!
They were so sweet and patient with me and my complicated order. They were attentive and got our drinks just the way we like it! Added bonus; they were keeping my baby smiling the whole time :)

These two were great and will make me go out my way to come to this specific dunkin just for the great service!
