Workers are negligent. They forgot to make half your order and can't pay attention when making the drinks and food. They forgot my hash browns then looked at me like I'm crazy when I said it's missing. I've come here multiple times and every time they forgot whipped cream. How can you forget a portion of the drink when you're looking at the order to make it? They also can't focus when there are multiple orders.

I saw a review saying thay this location is permanently closed. It is not. but the google maps location is misleading. It is located inside the 2 N Riverside Plaza Concourse near Riverside News. You cannot access it from the road

Ive never been a big fan of Dunkin Doughnuts, well that was just changed. How you may ask. There is a true humanitarian by the name of Kassie. When walking by the resturant they were giving away a new product called frozen coffee. Now she helped a blind man across the street. Then i said i had to come in they have amazing flavors in their frozen coffees. This wonderful DD is managed by Mariana. The cleanliness alone will bring you in. Then the customer svc is beyond any you think you would find in Chicago. Go team Go. So you must come by and give them a shout tell them Tracy sent you.
