I enjoy this dunkin donuts location especially for online ordering. The emplyoees are very friendly, attentive, and they may even remember who you are if you are a frequent enough of a visitor.The only issue with this location is that it can get very warm especially when waiting. But overall, the food/coffee is good enough as is the service.

I saw a review saying thay this location is permanently closed. It is not. but the google maps location is misleading. It is located inside the 2 N Riverside Plaza Concourse near Riverside News. You cannot access it from the road

I am normally never like this- but I went in with my friend before catching a train. My friend ordered a small pineapple coolatta but was pressured into getting a larger size by the employee, who also tried to pressure her to buy a donut. The drink tasted like ACID and we couldn't believe it was really on the menu and are fairly convinced she made it wrong. Furthermore, the lady didn't press any buttons or ring it up she just gave my friend the change. Then I go up to order. There were two people behind me. I asked her a simple question: do all iced drinks like the macchiato count for the $1.50 deal? She said no, so I proceeded to just order the macchiato anyways. Right then, the second person in line walked away. She desperately started calling for the lady and then turned to me. She imitated me saying "coolata, iced coffee, macchiato" implying that it was my fault that the lady left (but her train was probably coming!). I said okay and left. BEYOND rude service.
