Found something very slimy in my drink. It was the texture of mucus. I hope no one spit in my drink. Ordered the limited time Blueberry breeze refresher. That is extremely disturbing. My top also had coffee on it. I don’t understand how an employee can grab a top that obviously has something spilled on it.

Avoid this place at all cost, you’d think you’ll be getting coffee and that’s it. WRONG, the horrible experience you’ll enjoy at this place will set the tone and haunt you for the rest of the day.
Very rude people at the register, and hygiene ain’t their best quality either.
Also, DO NOT buy packaged coffee, they never have it.

This is the 2nd time I've gone here for coffee and it wasn't made correctly. I order this same coffee from other dunkins and it's always sweet like i like it. For some reason this location skimps on pumps and I can tell the difference. I always get 4 pumps of sweetened swirls in my large coffees. Sometimes it's 1 flavor sometimes it's mixed. Today my coffee was lacking sweetness and I dont taste the brown sugar at all. The last coffee i got here was missing brown sugar syrup as well. If they dont have it, just tell me and I'll substitute. I dont appreciate being given a drink that knowingly incorrect. Also, this was an online order. My coffee was ready when I got there but my donuts were not. Like, how 🤔?
I'll stick to the location at 555 w lake. They always make it right.

When requested to switch gloves for a non-meat/ vegetarian sandwich order, the lady making the sandwiches complained about how long it takes and banged utensils, and gave so much attitude for something which is very normal and other DDs do it without even asking. Terrible service.

There is not enough staff here to keep up with the morning rush. I heard one woman complain she had waited 15 minutes for her food. I personally waited about 8 minutes for my bacon/egg/cheese wrap. Most people coming here are in a hurry
