There is not enough staff here to keep up with the morning rush. I heard one woman complain she had waited 15 minutes for her food. I personally waited about 8 minutes for my bacon/egg/cheese wrap. Most people coming here are in a hurry
I really like this Dunkin. I go like once every day no matter what to get that hot coffee or carmel cold brew.Staffs knows about their coffees, donuts are the real delights.Staff were always courteous and helpful. Definitely this is my place for quick bites :)
When Amirah is behind the register, my experience is always positive. I wish this Dunkin Donuts had 4 more Amirah's. She is precise, friendly, professional and an excellent problem solver. The other people are nice enough but need to work harder to match her level of efficiency, especially as the year rolls on and it gets busier. Seems there is a problem with inventory lately with the place running out of various sweeteners. And I got to work and was missing my hash browns....
