I finally posted a photo of my burnt bacon. The only staff member that doesn’t waste my money or the business’ funds is the lady with the curly auburn ponytail. The rest continuously pass off food, I’m sure they wouldn’t eat, as edible with an attitude, if you ask not to be served it. Extremely annoyed and hungry.

This is my favorite DD. Paris makes the best bacon egg & cheese croissants. The food is always delicious and service is always prompt. The space is always clean and peaceful!!!

This place shows online that they close at 6pm and they even have a sign on the window that says 6pm but this employee closed over an hour early and just sat there on her phone and ignored as people knocked on the window. Good thing I didn’t place my mobile order because it was still letting me on the app. I just wanted to check in person that they had the donuts I wanted. and good thing I did. FIRE HER!

It is not a good place to visit, only 1 of 3 people today at 6.40 am was a bit friendly, this is the 4th time I visit this place and they are never friendly on the contrary totally rude… I recommend going somewhere else to really enjoy the coffee…

The person the took my order completely messed it up and there is no way of seeing if it’s correct on the screen until you get your receipt.
Trash service they say open at 5 am do a mobile order here as I do every Friday the lady is rude and you can see her taking bagels out of garbage bag and putting em in the racks to serve kinda nasty last time I'll order here.

Worst location in Chicago in my opinion food is always burnt ,drinks are half full and not hot ,at best the drinks are lukewarm. Staff has an attitude in the morning . A women with an African accent and a Hispanic women are very rude in the morning shifts between 6 am and 9 am . Literally wish I could give no stars .

I don't know who the owner or the manager is, since the staff they hire are people of color who treat you badly and are rude about it in their language. They are the men who are in that establishment. It cannot be that they treat the customer with insults, please. pay more attention to your staff
