The muffins are extremely dry and hard. The food is old Im not sure how long they have it outside but it feels like weeks.

This place tried to give my husband a sandwich that someone else had brought back in after taking it to the car and discovering they had the wrong one. If he had not been watching and seen the whole thing happened he would have gotten a recycled sandwich. Instead he got nothing. Not even a refund. Don’t eat here if you care anything about customer service and sanitary conditions.
One of the worst experiences was that I orderd egg and cheese croissant with no meat and they added pork in that, and the guy in counter is very rude he don't even know how to treat customers. I strongly say don't go to this place the manager should take action
The coffee is to bad

This place is getting worse. I'm a normal customer I live on Campbell and I went there yesterday a 6pm.me and fiance. And we waiting in line for over 10 minutes while the the gentleman at night flirts with the two Hispanic ladies. Then takes my order and I order a large almond latte iced. And he says he doesn't have no ice. But the two woman after me. Got four large cups full of ice. His excuse was the ice machine was broke.

This is the third time I come to this place and something is always wrong. Now they gave me untoasted bread and it was moldy. They should close this place. How is it possible that they have this kind of ingredients? Now this is the last time I come. This was the last thing they made for me.10/01/24
Watery cold brew. I didn’t like my drink asked for a refund and the manager refused ?♀️ don’t waste your time coming to this location.

This Dunkin Donuts is very busy always, but continues to fall short in cleanliness and service. They never gave gift cards to purchase. No public restroom for use and it’s dirty. It’s just never clean. There’s an elementary school down the street so it’s always visited by families, teachers & students. This should be a more welcoming and clean store.

Walk in completely empty and no service. Called out waited and no one shows .
Went in to buy a drink $4 for soda and there's a guy coming out of the women's bathroom because the door was locked on the man someone was in there. Come on.

Lots of things wrong with this location. For one, the service is ridiculously slow. Like how am I gonna mobile order 10 mins in advance and y’all still don’t have my coffee ready by the time I walk in the door with no customers in the store?? Another problem is that they are classist and racist. Last week I came in to grab a coffee and witnessed a woman and her grandson (who both spoke very little English) go to pay for their order with a $50 bill only to be told those allegedly aren’t accepted. I worked in food service for years and we always used those pens to detect counterfeit bills. It’s literally 2024 I know technology has grown since I was working in food service so figure that out. Why are they classist/racist you may ask? BC NOT EVERYONE HAS THE PRIVILEGE TO HAVE A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. Do better.

Friendly service, but as usual, the tables are always dirty if you wanted to eat inside before your food gets cold.
