I stop by every Sunday morning around 630am. There is only 1 guy working there. Even though there is maybe 1-2 people ahead of me I wait 15 minutes

Sadly one of the slowest Dunkin locations I've ever been to. I ordered through the app and came nearly 20 minutes later to find my coffee made incorrectly and my food items (a sandwich and hash browns from their little deal) not ready at all. After leaving i also found out they didn't make the food correctly either! The coffee at least was fixable in the moment, but I was charged for a modification to the sandwich that wasn't actually done. Consistently not timely with mobile orders and it seems specifically hash browns are a REAL struggle for this store. Unfortunately probably won't be coming back to this one. The location at Kedzie and Lawrence is fantastic in comparison, consistently had food and drinks ready within 5 minutes of placing a mobile order!

I asked for a sandwich in a croissant and they didn't have them. That place was not cleaned either.

Went in around 10 am and the coffee was extremely watered down. It didnt even taste like coffee it was basically water and cream. I asked for an apple turnover and I didnt want it to be warmed but they told me they HAVE to warm it. Customer service is terrible and the coffee is even worse.

I used to be a big Dunkin fan and used to got around 4 times a week. The last time, I got extreme food poisoning. It would not stop for two days. I reached out to Dunkin. Debbie from customer service said I would receive a call from the franchise owner and if I did not, I could contact her. I never received a call. I messaged Debbie, who stopped responding. Be careful when dealing with this specific location.

This was by far my most unpleasant experience at a Dunkin’. I visited around 2:30 PM and was shocked to find most of the donuts stale or picked over. I bought three donuts and was surprised to be charged $6 plus had to pay extra for a cup of water.
The place was not clean at all. It used to be a decent location, but that’s no longer the case. The fixtures are run down and clearly haven’t been replaced in years. I won’t be returning to this establishment and definitely do not recommend it.

The muffins are extremely dry and hard. The food is old Im not sure how long they have it outside but it feels like weeks.

This place tried to give my husband a sandwich that someone else had brought back in after taking it to the car and discovering they had the wrong one. If he had not been watching and seen the whole thing happened he would have gotten a recycled sandwich. Instead he got nothing. Not even a refund. Don’t eat here if you care anything about customer service and sanitary conditions.
One of the worst experiences was that I orderd egg and cheese croissant with no meat and they added pork in that, and the guy in counter is very rude he don't even know how to treat customers. I strongly say don't go to this place the manager should take action
The coffee is to bad

This place is getting worse. I'm a normal customer I live on Campbell and I went there yesterday a 6pm.me and fiance. And we waiting in line for over 10 minutes while the the gentleman at night flirts with the two Hispanic ladies. Then takes my order and I order a large almond latte iced. And he says he doesn't have no ice. But the two woman after me. Got four large cups full of ice. His excuse was the ice machine was broke.
