I went for the $6 meal deal. Wow, they are terribly unorganized. At mid-day the scene here is utter chaos. I did not check my food 'til I got to the Southshore train depot. DD did NOT give me my hash browns. The food was good. The drink was 60% ice. There are so many other DD in downtown to choose from. I would NOT choose this one, again.
My issue with this location is how unsafe it feels or looks at times. I often see the employees that are working after 10pm allowing a lot of homeless loitering inside and in front of the entrance. They will be all sitting in front of the door ways or on milk crates in front of the doors like its a house front porch. The team members will be smoking Marijuana in front with them and it sometimes deters me from coming to this location. If that stuff would stop, I think it would be a much better location.

We had ordered our food long before there was a rush. We got our drink and we’re patiently waiting for our food when there was a sudden rush of people coming in and ordering. We waiting about 30 mins and noticed that everyone else who had ordered food after use were quickly given their food. I had asked a worker there (he was a tall African American) that we had not gotten our food. We ordered at the Kiosk and did not get the receipt for our order. He said “what’s the name under the order?” We told him the name and said that they should have the ordered printed. He got angry and yelled at us “What did you order?! What did you order?!”multiple times… Seriously?? You’re yelling at us for losing our order? We told the manager to which she made our food personally. I assume he got in trouble as he kept glaring at us and rolling his eyes while she was making our food. If you can’t work under pressure, find another job, sir. Don’t blame the customer for not doing your job correctly. We should’ve have gotten a partial refund for the Inconvenience.. we only got a free hashbrown for the troubles :/

Cashier was great, the people who prepared my food and coffee sucks. The guy forgot to put my sandwich in the bag and argued that I didn’t pay for it. Cashier confirmed I paid for the sandwich, the guy just threw the sandwich together. Bread wasn’t toasted cheese was not melted and the coffee tasted bitter. Thank you for ruining my morning!
As a Canadian, I always dreamt of dipping an old fashioned in Dunkin' coffee, and it was just as lackluster as I imagined. Love it.

Giving this Dunkin 1 star because I tried to inform an employee that there was a fly in the donut case display and she shrugged and said she knew already. They still continued to serve donuts after the fly had crawled all over the donuts smh never eating from the Jackson location again!

This is a very nice store. It's always very busy, but you won't have to wait long.

Sure is a Dunkin :)
Enjoyed the multigrain bagel and the small coffee with milk substitute.
Sure is a Dunkin :)
Drink is good depending on who is working. I don't understand how I can order extra expresso in an iced latte with easy easy cream and it still looks like milk. Other then that it's a convenient stop before getting on the blue or red line.
