This will probably be the last time I visit this location! Ordered through the app for a speedy pick up but the order wasn’t ready. The bagels weren’t the normal size but much smaller, more burnt and harder then ever! The staff here isn’t polite! I normally do the coffee run for my job and spend a good about of money at Dunkin’ but our normal locations online ordering system was down. The lady in there is always so nice and helpful. Always seems to be by herself. Yet, she still takes time with every customer. She is efficient. I have never seen her be rude. She has always handled each customer with respect. Even when I have not always seen customer treat her the same. I believe her name to be Rami or Roma? Nice staff and comfortable environment to sit and relax. Overall the store and people are awesome. Only issue I have is sometimes it is so hot in there! This might not bother some but some days it's so hot I have to leave. Summer and Winter. It's not every time but someone there likes it very hot. Otherwise, everything else is fantastic and I would recommend going!
