it's clean. and comfortable
Great experience here always and is never not reliable for a lunch trip. Although it isn't the fanciest, it is the cheapest and best around. Special thanks to Jose the goat, and the whole McDonald's team for always providing such great service to so many people all year round.

The restaurant is well-designed and provides fast food as expected. Despite a previous incident with a loud alarm, the staff was unable to assist, but the overall experience was positive. It's recommended to avoid peak lunch hours to enjoy a quick meal without any issues. This McDonald's is a go-to for cheat days, with the exception of a diet coke that left one customer thirsty for hours.
The restaurant is consistently high-quality in terms of service and food preparation, and it is a primary choice for many customers. While some of the self-order kiosks were broken, and there were no staff at the counter to assist with ordering, the service team was friendly, and the food was well-prepared. The restaurant also features a nice play area for kids.
This McDonald's location is a favorite spot in the South Loop, with an unbeatable patio and healthy salad options that taste great. The drinks are also noteworthy, as the restaurant makes all their syrups in-house, and their breads are baked at their own bakery in Pilsen.
