Great Wendy’s Location. Carry-Out orders are prepared really fast and the small patio is a very nice touch.
Food was ready very fast, staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.
I drive paratransit for a living and and barely have any time to stop for lunch most of the time. I always like going to Wendy's, and the food this trip was as good as ever, but the service was bland at best. I always order through the app. The lady who brought me my food barely acknowledged my presence and seemed inconvenienced because I asked for ketchup. Also, the sauce I got for the nuggets was punctured open the top and I doubt someone would miss seeing that, but I did not...read full review

While some customers have experienced unprofessional behavior in the past, the current staff is noted for their good service. The setup does require the use of a kiosk even for cash payments, which some find inconvenient. Despite this, the service remains quick, and the food quality is reasonable, with moist chicken nuggets being a highlight. However, it is important to note that during lunchtime, especially between 12pm and 3pm, the restaurant can get extremely loud due to the nearby high school students. This can be distracting for those dining with family or friends. Overall, many consider this Wendy's to be one of the best, thanks to the excellent customer service.
