Andrea ( the supervisor on duty sept 20 ) was so kind to me on the phone making arrangements for myself and a group of parents to come in for coffee , pastries and a group conversation event . She relayed all the info efficiently to the team . Jacquie, the manager today was exceptional . She was a fantastic host to our group and encouraged us to come again which we most certainly will . Tony is the best. SO nice, helped me figure out my order and got me the best drink. He knows the menu so well. New favorite location.
I asked if the order that had 5 drinks was ready. The worker with the blue peekaboo hair said “it’s bagged” I don’t know what 5 drinks look like in a sealed bag. I wasn’t sure if all five drinks were all since it looks like only few drinks could fit in the bag. This is not the only incident word. Customer service is bad. I’ve seen the rest of the Google reviews. Like we can’t even ask a question without getting attitude.

This Starbucks is a cozy, clean place with courteous baristas. Service is usually good and fast, though the parking lot and drive-through can be a nightmare due to design. The new renovation was good, but the seating got worse, now it is so crowded with no seats. They get orders wrong half the time or take too long, but overall they do a pretty good job.
