The drinks are consistent and correct every time. This Starbucks is always so busy so I recommend always mobile ordering, especially because the drive thru is in the middle of a small parking lot and the line usually spills into Western.it’s saturday morning and i’ve been waiting for 2 drinks for 30 minutes. i ordered inside. this is NOT the staffs fault as everyone is working diligently and as fast as they can. Because of the length of time that’s passed and not enough coverage for a busy shift, I won’t be coming back.thank you to the staff!

Asking for “NO FOAM MILK” is too big of a request for the employees at this location. Andre the store manager is accommodating and understanding but the shift manager and her employee bad mouthed me as I was retrieving my phone from my truck for a refund after adding whipped cream and cinnamon to a drink that doesn’t come with it. They responded disrespectfully slammed the window. They acted like I ordered my drink wrong instead of taking accountability for the baristas bad vision or lack of reading comprehension. They need better training, that’s all.

I watched the short girl make and tried giving me my coffee order with no coffee!!! Just cream and sugar!! She rolled her eyes when I told her about it and then proceeded to turn the coffee on. And said they ran out!! Disgusting service. Those employees should be fired since they clearly don’t care to do their job right. Lazy and ghetto staff!! I would give 0 stars if I could! SMH!

Amazing staff they work under so much pressure! I thank them for being calm and smiling even though some customers are A*******s and they don’t comprehend the coffee machine being and bit the staffs problems a mechanicals go down. So thank you staff at western and waveland!

I am not sure what is going on at this location.... Wanted to pickup a coffee for the road on my way home for the holidays. I pulled in to go through the drive through and waited 15 minutes.... The line didn't move at all. Eventually, I got tired of waiting and thought I would just park and go inside to order. Thinking that might get my coffee sooner. I went inside and there were 7 people seated just waiting for their drinks. 2 people were behind the counter but they didn't really seem to be making drinks with much frequency. Then there was a third employee that would come out and just walk around behind the counter??? I don't understand. One of them would periodically go behind the back room door, but not far enough away from the window in door to see them just texting. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for my drink so I could leave and be on my way. Like, in what world does anyone have time to sit around and wait 35 minutes for a coffee???? I didn't really have anywhere to be but I would've much rather spent those 30 minutes on the road. Spare yourself and go to a differ t location.

Waited for 20 minutes for my drink. The little kid at the window said, “sorry about that but you’re not the only person waiting in line.” Really rude. Then I got the drink and it was made terribly. Avoid going here if you can.

Dear Starbucks,My acquaintance ordered from her phone and we didnt get our order until we asked for it 10 minutes after it said it was ready. After asking we only got half the order and they just started working on the other drink. Besides that, the drinks were poorly made. The pumpkin spice frap was watered down and didnt even taste like pumpkin spice. There was supposed to be extra whip cream, as well, but that was no where to be seen. My disappointment is unmeasurable. On top of that, the pumpkin spice cream was horribly made and watered down. Im disappointed in the service and the quality of our drinks. I was excited to try the new pumpkin spice drinks and now I wont be returning. In the slight chance I do return, it will most definitely be at a different location. This location sucks! If I can give them 0/5 I would. There was no other customer aside from me and my family but it takes 15 mins before they serve my order and I only order 1 drink. I would understand if they are busy but more than half of the workers are talking without doing anything. This is the second time it happened to me. I would NEVER go back to this location again!!!

Music volume is so high like you are in a bar/club. Outdoor tables and chairs are super dirty. Impossible to read a book or anything so ?
