Avoid this location at all cost. Extremely uncomfortable. I hate this location. It's full of homeless people and foul oders. When customers like myself come in they get up stand by the door and hover over you at the counter by the register, waiting for you to pull out money, like they're about to pounce on prey. I didn't get far. Before I could even order anything one person right away stood behind me watching I got anxious and turned around to check my surroundings in case an ambush was about to happen. I made the mistake of making eye contact with the person which they took as an invitation to ask me for money. I said no looked at the workers who I thought would intervene but they didn't do anything. Since they are allowing this I just left. I am not going to spend money on a place that actively harbors an uncomfortable and unsafe environment. I'll get food elsewhere. I know homeless people are going through a lot, but we all are. I was homeless myself twice, but I never did this. For most of us eating fast food has become a twice a month one meal luxury in this economy. Yes, I could cook at home but I was running late as is, hence the purpose of fast food on the go. Also, groceries are expensive. This location needs to fix this. It's a sad situation but it's still not ok. Customers just want to order pay and go. Not be surrounded by obstacles of pan handlers. The city needs to step in. Makes the convenient part of this location avoidant.

Me and my friends came for hot chocolate as I like it in dunkin but the staff closed the dining area at 4 itself and when we told that it's not the closing time yet as mentioned in google, they said they close the dining by 3. This is very disappointing as it ruins the pleasure of sipping hot beverages especially in cold weather.

Health Hazard Alert: Shut This Place Down! Absolutely disgusting experience. This place is rat-infested, filthy, and completely unsanitary. The staff provide terrible customer service and clearly don’t care about cleanliness.

The worst part? A homeless woman defecated on the floor. Instead of closing to properly clean and sanitize, they just blocked off the area and kept serving food like nothing happened. People were still ordering while feces sat on the floor—unbelievable.

I immediately canceled my order and left because the entire serving area was unsanitary. As I was leaving, I even saw a rat. This was my first and last visit. The health department needs to step in.

The only good thing about the place is the location. Its overpriced. The donuts are dry. The lady serving me squished my donut when bagging it.
Tim Hortons is just plain better.

Had a really disappointing experience at Dunkin. The Mexican lady with glasses was very rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude the entire time, barely acknowledged us, and acted like we were a bother.

They told me they closed and hours say 8pm and it's 07:43pm. It was 7:37pm when I got here. Then on the app to get the free scoop she wouldn't let me redeem it. Good thing I had the welcome scoop coupon as well for my kids or they would've been sad.
