I order here EVERY day, I use the app. I order ahead. Today the guy made my order 2 hr in advance and then served me the cold HOT coffee and cold Hot sandwich with an attitude, if I didn't have to get to work, I would have... well he should be VERY thankful I had to get to work! ?

They don’t staff enough employees here to handle the amount of customers they get. We waited 20 minutes for a donut order and they kept ignoring us when we asked to be helped.

I got signature large iced caramel latte.. came in 3 min. Ordered thru the app. However when I was waiting for my coffee the tall black man behind the counter laughed at my order in front of me and took a picture of it with his phone... And then pretended I didn't see what he did and just handed me my drink there and said nothing.... I did not get his name. This is probably the second time I come here to this location. Unfortunate I guess

Terrible service. Rude staff. Kinda par for the course in Chicago from what I've seen so far, unless you're in a high-priced establishment. I'm in your establishment to spend money, don't act like my business is a pain in your a*** Can't wait to get back to Texas where people understand the concept of hospitality. Food and coffees are fine, what you'd expect from DD. Staff need an attitude adjustment.

There is a woman name Crystal and she is EXTREMLY rude, her attitude is beyond garbage. She is never pleasant and I avoid going because of her and her attitude. Lord forbid you have to ask her for anything the annoyance is written all over her cara de caca.. (s#!t face). DD do better with your employees. Maybe she needs a refresher class on customer service adequate.
