Whoever that lady is leaving a lady worker by herself take orders and make them, while chatting instead of serving 5 people waiting in line, I don’t care if you’re the owner/manager you opened to work not to talk, why would I wait 12 minutes for a cup of coffee cream and sugar, still got it bitter no sugar added. Coffee tastes old not fresh whatsoever.
