The ice cream here is almost melting, and several flavors were unavailable during my visit. While the employees were friendly, they didn't seem particularly engaged or interested in their work. There’s definitely room for improvement in both the product quality and service.

I got signature large iced caramel latte.. came in 3 min. Ordered thru the app. However when I was waiting for my coffee the tall black man behind the counter laughed at my order in front of me and took a picture of it with his phone... And then pretended I didn't see what he did and just handed me my drink there and said nothing.... I did not get his name. This is probably the second time I come here to this location. Unfortunate I guess

Walked in on Thursday night not expecting much from a random DD on the corner , the barista carefully crafted our sandwich croissants rather than slapping some ingredients together AND our iced coffee was perfectly made!
