I went this morning around 9:30 am. They were having trouble with their espresso machine, and couldn’t make my latte. One of the ladies, I didn’t get her name, was very helpful in trying to make it right. She first asked if I wanted another drink, and I told her what I wanted. She came back and told me they were able to make my latte, using cold brew. And she stood there while I tried it, to make sure it tasted good, and that she’ll make me another one if it didn’t. Friendly, thoughtful service. Nick scooped cones for all the kids and was super helpful serving us. One of our kids lost their scoop on the sidewalk and Nick saved the day by giving her a new one. 5 star service!

The ice cream here is almost melting, and several flavors were unavailable during my visit. While the employees were friendly, they didn't seem particularly engaged or interested in their work. There’s definitely room for improvement in both the product quality and service.
