stopped today and got coffee.l, coffee was great but couldnt drink my cup because the lid stinks of perfume. my cup and my wifes. unfortunately i think it may be a issue with the lids because this happened to me at different locations too. time to go back to starbucks.
Well 2 days ago I paid full price for my 1.50$ coffee. Fine whatever it happens. But the guy was more concerned with his phone. Then the guy noticed and told me to bring my receipt back and they’ll give me one for messing up. Cool. So today I go in. Wait 5 min. People enter behind me and go to the icecream part and they get waited on first. Lost a customer that’s for sure all because you decide to only have 1 person working.
