There ok here the coffee taste watered down most of the time or short on the flavors you ask for. Idk to each there own i guess. The one on 79th n cicero or 69th n pulaski are better

The staff here is always nice. My hubby & I usually patronize this location at least 2x weekly. The $6 meal is worth it (sandwich, hash browns, & medium coffee) when a coffee alone is about $4!

very poor service, I waited 15 minutes at the drive thru for a sandwich and coffee, which made me late for work, and it's not the first time, they give different sandwich rolls than the ones I order, I ask for coffee with milk only, I get it with milk and sugar, I don't recommend
Whoever that he/she is shouldn't be working at Dunkin. Horrible service. Can't even do a matcha drink the right way. Whoever was the manager that day should be doing their job as well. STARBUCKS ITS BETTER.

6 long female hairs found in my food. Why aren’t they wearing hairnets? Given the evidence it seems appropriate. Needless to say I didn’t eat it. Didn’t risk the coffee either.
