This cheap location doesn’t honor refills. They sell the cups but don’t follow through with refills
Ordered the sour dough bacon and egg sandwich extra toasted. This is always a problem for them. Then ordered the snack-n-bacon which I added to my sandwich. Give it a try- it’s delicious. And of course I got a large hot with cream and sugar. Best meal around for traveling or running around town.

Worst service, one of the workers there scratched my car while she was throwing out the trash and i was waiting in line on the drive trough. Asked to speak to the manager Jessica and I never a got a call back..

I never go to this Dunkin unless I really have to, the girl that always seems to be working is so rude and shows no effort. Never gives straws or napkins and when asked she gives so much attitude. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I love it
I ordered a black coffee with four sugars and they gave me one with cream. I went back to change it, and they gave me a coffee without sugar. Terrible service there.
Bad service
My favorite dunking location

Horrible customer service
SLOWEST Dunkin I’ve ever ordered at.
Slowwwwwwww. Be ready to wait 10 mnts in your car just to take your order. Help the lady out at night . One person really. Cmon buddy
There ok here the coffee taste watered down most of the time or short on the flavors you ask for. Idk to each there own i guess. The one on 79th n cicero or 69th n pulaski are better
The staff here is always nice. My hubby & I usually patronize this location at least 2x weekly. The $6 meal is worth it (sandwich, hash browns, & medium coffee) when a coffee alone is about $4!
