I order Straberry Day Dream Refresher and they charger me almost 8 $ and they just give me only milk and cold foam without straberry what i do now with this milk

Waiting almost 30 minutes at an airport for a simple order is pretty unacceptable. Travelers should avoid until management can get their operations fixed.

If I’m able to give a 0 I would, girl in the red hair is DISRESPECTFUL with no sense of customer service skills , she’s just cleaning avoiding every customer in line. I am trying to contact HR because someone like that should not be working in a environment like this. If you don’t like working with customers , don’t !!!

The worst employees I have seen in sometime. They were verbally complaining that people were asking about drinks and food. I waiting 20 mins for a latte. I asked twice about it and both times she walked away after saying it will be ready when it’s ready. There was no order to how things were coming out. Apparently whatever she decided to make that minute. This is the worst location I have ever been to. I wish midway would get a different
coffee store and put this place out of business!!

Giving one star is too many. Only customer, cashier made me wait a good 2 minutes before she walked from the back counter to register and then stood there talking to a coworker.
Ordered a hot chai tea of which she told me they had then came back and said can only do iced.
Asked if I still wanted the bottle of water. Told her no so she told me to put it back. Told her it took you several minutes to take my order, she can put it back.

SERVICE POOR! 11/28/25 0455 the three workers this morning were extremely rude for apparently no reason. Yelling out the gate that they are not open when all customers were asking was if they would be opening at 5am. Yelling at customers to not place kiosk orders because they were not going to fulfill them. Extremely rude and uncalled for! Will never patronize them again! This is the location directly after you enter the B terminal close to gate B1. And I will be placing a call to corporate as well. I will be THRILLED when AI finally takes over all the customer service food jobs and we no longer have to interact with people who have horrible customer service skills.

Crowded. Slow. Airport concessions need more quick coffee options. Recommend M. Burger next door for simple cup of coffee

I asked for light ice, they filled my cup 3/4 of the way with ice. Crazy paying almost 8 dollars for a drink that only contains about half the liquid.

Not sure why this is so lowly rated. This was the quickest, nicest service i have had on a friday morning at an airport.

This is a well oiled machine… drinks came out almost immediately. Food was out, warm and well cooked. Cashier was the fastest i have seen.

Everyone was putting in a lot of effort which is lacking in an environment like this.

Needed to give the full crew props.

With how long the line is for Dunkin, they should at least have a sign theyre not serving food til 4 30am. Dunkin employee told me as if I was suppose to know. No apologies. Very upsetting waiting in line for more than 15+ mins.

I stopped at the Dunkin’ inside Midway Airport and ordered two breakfast bagel sandwiches. Unfortunately, both bagels were stale and hard, and the restaurant didn’t have any donuts available at all. For how much everything cost, it was really disappointing — I couldn’t even eat my sandwich and ended up throwing it away. Definitely not the quality I expect from Dunkin!!

i’d give them a 0 if i could. they were so rude and my sandwich was burnt. honestly my biggest complaint was just that they were so mean to the older people in line, who were having a hard time using the self-service kiosk. they wouldn’t allow them to check out at the cashier, insisting that they “can’t mess up the rotation”, even though none of us cared if the old lady in front of us went to the cashier.

mind you, their signs say there are separate lines for kiosk and cashier service. and then they yelled that they weren’t taking any more cashier orders at all, and everyone had to order on the kiosk. ridiculous
