This place stinks unless you like waiting an hour+ for a breakfast sandwich. And oh and btw they don't have donuts until hours after opening.

If i could give 0, I would. Ordered a coffee with almond milk and vanilla syrup and a coffee with whole milk and mocha. They didnt label either so when i asked which was which (i have a dairy allergy) they rudely told me “one would be darker”. I also was told one would taste like hazelnut??? Didnt even order hazelnut. When i took a drink it tasted like water with syrup. It coated my mouth. Not a hint of coffee in sight. Disgusting.

The girl making the coffee has zero urgency about her. She’s making the coffees as though people aren’t in an airport waiting to catch a flight. Thank god I have two hours before the flight leaves. 35 minutes for an iced coffee that taste awful.

Self-ordering kiosks are supposed to improve the process, but if staff is not trained to work with them it turns into chaos. As was the case here; I received a wrong item and paid for an item that was out of stock.

THEY NEED TO SERIOUSLY CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN! Completely under staffed, never have no food. They use to have an employee line now they took it away. They make us use kiosk and they don’t even work and when you ask about it they just shrug their shoulders. At this point bring in Starbucks to MDW cause dunkin service is trash with them stale donuts they be serving.

I had breakfast at Dunkin’ Donuts at the airport this morning and egg sandwich. English muffin cost $5.10 a blueberry muffin very big one cost $2.90 if you wonder why people complain about long lines you need to realize that the lines are long because the restaurants nearby are basically empty. They are charging $20 for avocado toast and similar rip off. I don’t think Dunkin’ Donuts realizes they’re in an airport, but my hats off to them for being honest and fair, and having a lot of loyal customers as a result.

Placed an order for coffee only.
I see three employees making food. One employee taken orders and making coffee.
27 minutes wait for coffee only is not acceptable.
Many people just walked away empty handed.
I understand they are short staffed but stop taking orders and full the orders.

If I can give them a 0 star, I would do it. These people are super incompetent, no sense of urgency. All they did is spend their time talking had a huge line. Poor management by the franchisee

Terrible service. While I was ordering an iced coffee the cashier was talking to another client about a refund on their order. I went to wait for my drink and when it was ready it was a hot coffee. I told the lady making the coffees that I ordered an iced coffee. The cashier screams out “I asked her if she wanted hot or iced and she did not say iced” and kept staring at me with such a bad attitude (mind you she did not ask me because she didnt need to since I literally said iced). The lady that made my drink then proceeds to pour the drink in another cup and just adds ice on top. I understand its an airport and they are bound to be stressed out but I dont think the client should feel like the problem when theyre not.
