Fresh donut, coffee always perfect, friendly people, they even go out of their way for dogs, my Rottweiler for a "pup cup" whip cream, she loved it!Parking: They only have a few spots, or the street for parking. They have a drive thru.

The people who serve seem annoyed, maybe it's because it's Sunday and they're working but it's not the customers' fault, to buy just one coffee it took more than 10 minutes in the drive-thru, the waiting time is illogical, in addition to giving the hot things wrong covered, I wish they would improve their attitude “politeness does not take away from bravery”

I have never seen such horrible service as this place from the one that takes the order at the drive thru Monserrat, I ordered two coffees, and two sandwiches, 4 orders of hash brown, they did not charge me for a sandwich I went back to ask, still in the window, I asked him, is everything going, he said yes, I didn't check if he charged me for the two sandwiches, when I came back I told him, I'm missing a sandwich, I asked for the manager, a rude woman, she told me that it's my fault for not asking if He ordered me everything, no wonder they are the way they are if the manager's poorly done pansona instead of apologizing to the client blames the client, ??♀️ everyone is rude there, there was a nosy Indian woman and an old fool who said he didn't tell me I was definitely going to give things in hand if they don't like their job, don't go, it's not the people's fault, we clients pay for them to swallow ?

Bad customer service employees are rude and think they making u a favor. It’s our fault they had work and they having a bad day won’t recommend going there. Their old fashion is always hard believe me and you will confirm what I say sometimes you ask them for something a certain and they give you what ever they want.

They need to mop and clean the tables when PEOPLE AREN'T PRESENT IN THE STORE. Chemicals are killing everybody in this country, STOP CLEANING WHEN PEOPLE ARE SITTING and trying to enjoy their drink or food item. Thank you for understanding and doing your part. Don't let them win. Stand up for your rights. Atmosphere will get 5 stars when they stop pushing chemicals in our lungs.
The place was a little dirty, the guy who served me almost didn't understand me, he charged me three times as much and gave me many more things than I wanted.

I can see what the other comments are saying about the rude ppl here. These girls on the drive way have a terrible freaking attitude. That girl Marlene responds to you with another question to make you feel stupid. I don't think your in the right job position also if you have the worse attitude and your mean mugging everyone at the window. I don't understand ppl who have a job and are so miserable on the job position they're in, like do something about it why are you mad at the whole world. Plus this dunking never have anything also.
