By far the worst Dunkin’ to stop at. I hardly go, and every time I do, I’m reminded why. The service is consistently disappointing, and the lack of professionalism is blatant from both the staff and management.
I ordered the $5 meal deal at the register with Emely. She took my order, I paid, and then waited… and waited. Eventually, I checked my receipt and saw I was only charged for an iced coffee.
The coffee tasted like dirty sock water.
The place is a hot mess. Save yourself the time and frustration and go literally anywhere else.

The service sucks really bad there very rude they work really slow and they expected you to put your own coffee in the coffee carrier thats there job thats why there getting pay for, they should just let the costumer go behind the counter and make there own coffee, i hope the owner is paying attention to all this bad reviews or hes going to lose lots of costumers.

I went tonight and asked for food and the overnight guy said they don't have any food right now. I've went a couple of other times and he also say's the same thing. Last time I did an on the go order and he said to give him at least five minutes before pulling up that now I'm going to have to wait longer. But I had ordered it fifteen minutes before pulling up. if he doesn't want to work and be lazy put someone else because even the drinks he makes aren't well made. My friend ordered the new Dream drink wasn't mixed, and my drink was okay. The rest of the crew is great. Thanks.

Lately service has been awful compared to the past 5 years that ive been going Also the wait is so long even though im the only person about to order (I understand theres online orders but please prioritize customers who are standing infront of you)

Indians own this and shows they are straight jews. Hot coffee is watered down big time. Coldbrew seems the same. I used to come here daily. I skip this location now. They are some of the most disrespectful people at this location besides the mexican ladies and the emo looking girl. they are awesome all of them. The guys and the lady owner who comes in with change all the time. HORRIBLE PEOPLE

This was the worst experience ever! Never coming back again and I will make sure my family doesn’t come here again. I showed up with my family 11/14/2024 at 8pm and the girl who was taking the order was so rude was on the phone and she was swearing so loud in the phone while taking an order. Then she tells us she doesn’t do hot food at night because the machine doesn’t work. If she does not want to work she should no be working with an attitude and doesn’t want to work.

I ordered a small coffee ( uber eats pick up) Once I opened the bag , this the coffee i received. This cups is already small , it’s seems like the company or employees are being stingy. Please make sure or double check what you guys are sending out. The employees represent the company. This is a shame. Should have just ordered a medium.
I order curb side because I have a baby in the car. And I called and they never brought my coffee I waited 10 min and nothing. I never had an issue with other loction

Have being buying from this location for a long time and notice they water down their milk/cream. It taste like water not like other locations you can actually taste some milk/cream flavor and the donuts are hard.

When to get my regular especial a median coffee and a croissant egg sausage and cheese which is $3 dollars with a purchase of coffee ice or cold but worker wanted me to pay $.75 cents for almond milk it’s a substitute for cream the flavor was French vanilla. Usually I get this in every other Dunkin’ Donuts for like $6 dollars with taxes in this one it was going to be $8.50 I don’t know if this one it’s that expensive or the girls don’t know how to read the menu and deals so I decline my order abd. Decide to get my breakfast at the bakery they have every time of non dairy milk and don’t charge extra for it
