I always go to a Dunkin' by my house but this time I went to a party and decided to order two coffees through the mobile app it was 8:40 and they close at nine. I got there at 8:50 and he refused to open the door. He didn't even attempt to talk to me. He just kept on waving his hands saying we're close we're close. Where is my coffee? I work in a restaurant business. I understand that you close at nine but it's not nine and you have an order an online order staying there and you're just not gonna give it to me that's unacceptable.

Location is right by my home, and it's one of my go to locations. Service is normally really great any time of day. The lobby is always clean, and the staff are nice.

They literally don’t even understand their own promotions. Would help if someone there was able to understand enough English to have an actual conversation about the promotion that is giant and on their screens. Also literally kept walking away as I’m trying to ask a question and being so rude as if it was my fault that he didn’t understand what the $3 medium refresher promo is. It’s your company’s promo, why are you claiming it’s my fault that you don’t know how it works?

i am a frequent and regular customer but after this I will NEVER be going to this Dunkin again! My favorite worker Kimberly got FIRED. She was the only one who never got my order wrong. This store will lose a lot of money because of their decision.

The men working there is extremely rude. I pulled up at drive-thru and placed my order. I tried to redeem an offer through the Dunkin app and he wouldn't accept it and when I tried asking him what the issue was he got really upset and refused to serve me.

Been Going to this Dunkin Dounuts For Years! The Lady Here At Dunkin Knows My Order, I Usually Come EVREY Saturday Morning because we own a Karate School Down The Block Gen-Ki, And The Kids Expect Donuts EVREY Saturday So We Make It Happen, This Dunkin Is The Best
