I always go to a Dunkin' by my house but this time I went to a party and decided to order two coffees through the mobile app it was 8:40 and they close at nine. They literally don’t even understand their own promotions. Would help if someone there was able to understand enough English to have an actual conversation about the promotion that is giant and on their screens. Also literally kept walking away as I’m trying to ask a question and being so rude as if it was my fault that he didn’t understand what the $3 medium refresher promo is. i am a frequent and regular customer but after this I will NEVER be going to this Dunkin again! My favorite worker Kimberly got FIRED. She was the only one who never got my order wrong. This store will lose a lot of money because of their decision.
