Theres kind of a low energy situation going on with the staff at this location. They almost never do what you ask them to, they are also slow. They often finish their conversation first then make your coffee. I ordered hash browns and got asked if I wanted the ones that someone ordered but has forgot to pick up a while ago but have been kept warm. When I said could you give me fresh ones they said sure, then I watched them put the old ones in a new paper bag and give it to me, they were stuck together as one big has brown. Lol not great honestly.

So i walk in and ask for a decaf around 6 pm the young boy told me he cant give me any hot coffee because it takes to long i was like isnt this a coffee

3 stars because the drink I got what’s okay but if I would have gotten lied to my face about them running out of lemonaide then it would of been 5 star review the kid with the bowl cut told me they had no lemonaid left but after I ordered my drink another customer came in and ask for a drink n another employee asked him if he wanted green tea or lemonaid then I heard him tell the other guy that attended me first “I’m going to finish all the lemonaid” as if rubbing it in my face that they still had lemonaid this happened yesterday around 5 o clock stop being lazy and give the customers what they ask and be honest it’s a business that I’m supporting my money brings jobs without a customer there is no work for employees

I went to buy a coffee on Friday at 9 pm and they told me that they had no service because they were going to close, on Google maps and in their physical hours it says that the service is until 10 pm. Very bad information and bad service!
Only Dunkin' that consistenly gets my orders right. I find myself only going to this location, staff is nice as well.

I love this Dunkin! Every morning, the ladies are very kind, cheery and quick to get your cup of Joe! I've been stopping here on my mornings when I'm out of coffee or don't feel like making it, and I'm glad that I do! It's very clean in this Dunkin. You can even take peek in the back and you will see it is super clean which always makes me feel good about food spots! They also have a couple chairs where you can sit for a bit while you have your coffee, and donuts! All in all, I truly think this is a great Dunkin!
