The lady who works on weekends has a bit of an attitude. I greeted her, but she didn't acknowledge anyone waiting at the counter, so we ended up leaving. Last week, we ordered coffee, but she didn't listen and ended up giving us the wrong one.
I think it tastes like surup, not the freshness of natural fruit. It's a bit bland and overall I don't like it very much.

The drink was wrong and the worker argued with me that is was right! She put the wrong label on my coffee and rung me up for the wrong thing gave me decaf which is not what I asked for and proceeded to lie, very rude and unprofessional! The coffee did nothing for me I won’t be back and don’t recommend.

Caring.
The young lady taking my order was polite, the other woman who seemed to be training her however was very rude, not only to me but to other customers as well. Customers are spending their money using the app to redeem points and offers which she made ugly faces to them including myself. I watch people walk away cause of her mannerism. I won't come back.

They are very rude they gave me the wrong order when I told them they rolled their eyes and then starting yelling don’t give them a dime of your hard earn money wouldn’t recommend!
This used to be my go to spot in the morning. Some of the employees were really nice but some aren't. Since I've been using the rewards on the Dunkin app, there's been a few times they are out of the things I order. They seem to think everything can be fixed with a free donut. They were out of bottled water= free donutI got a free reward for an assortment of munchkins and was given a bag full of one flavor. When I asked about the assortment, I was told all they had was one flavor and its free so I should just take it. Eventually I was given 2 free donuts instead and they poured out the bag of munchkins back on the shelf to resell.I don't see an option for refunds on the app.
I asked for less ice so I got more coffee I have a really long day today. I got less ice then less coffee she didn't fill it up to the top. But very nice, friendly and quick!
My morning stop. I use the mobile app. And if they do not have an ingredient or whatever they let me know quickly. I have been there enough they recognize me even with a mask on which makes me feel nice. And one morning when I got to have a half shift at work so I wasn't there right at opening they were making sure I wasn't running late and was feeling ok which was super cute.
Why are they usually closed??
