Terrible terrible service! I came in here with my family today and their young employee had such a bad attitude! I understand their AC was broken but for her to just blant out just give my family attitude while they were trying to order was incredibly rude. My family and I just walked out without ordering because it was that awful. The place was awfully muddy too.

2nd time here. First time I ordered a sausage egg cheese croissant and I thought they got my order wrong but my 2nd time here the cashier told me they don’t server real meat in that location… so if you only want plant based meat go here.

They serve coffee at about 200 degrees, so if you order a large black and it's a fresh brew and they overfill the cup, you can end up with 2nd degree burns, third degree if you don't apply ice right away and end up hospitalized in a burn center (true story). Their lids are faulty, and their employees don't care at all and oftentimes dont affix the lids. I'll never step foot in this DD because this exact situation happened, or any DD because of their industry practices.
