I have no choice but to go to this dunkin because it’s the only dunkin near me but it’s by the far the worst dunkin, terrible customer service. They’ll leave u waiting, ignore u, and act like having to do their job is an inconvenience to them. The food and drinks itself aren’t even great, it’s okay at most, and despite the numerous complaints they’ve had, they still keep the same bad workers there.

The staff struggled mightily to understand our simple order. Had to constantly correct them because they kept putting it in wrong, not that it mattered because they didn’t make the drinks the way it said on the order, and also gave us someone else’s drink. We got two coffees and two teas… that’s it. Absolutely insane

Worst Dunkin ever I ordered medium iced latte with 6 caramel the coffee was watery so I told her the same think and the employee she made faces and was talking about us to her coworker (I know she was talking about us because I understood the language they were talking in) then rudely she handed me about drink and it was the same watery not to mention for each coffee she made she took around 7-8 minutes. The worst customer service I ever received at a Dunkin I’m never going back to this Dunkin.

If I could, I wanna give a zero to the stores because the employees is so busy on AirPods and could not even understand what I’m saying because he put AirPod and busy listening to music. I hope the manager make a change by making the employee stop wearing the aripod while working. I had to repeat my order multiple times and still could not understand so I just said whatever he said and went to front and saw that he had airpod and I ask him if he could change to the drink but I wwant but he won't do that. The guy is idian dude with angry face expression. I won't recommend this store to anyone horrible experience. When I told him change because he could not understand since he is wearing airpod instead of fixing it he is trying to blame I am the one that is wrong.
