I went today and got a classic challah and multigrain sourdough bread. The challah is super fluffy, soft, so delicious. Haven’t tried the sourdough but I’m sure it’s delicious as well. The bakery is clean, they have a variety of breads and pastries to choose from. The employees were also very kind. Thank you ❤️ ❤️ I will come back!!
Got the water challah and chocolate babka and can highly recommend the chocolate babka to anyone who wants a step up from Trader Joe’s babka. The water challah was not what I thought but that’s on me as this bakery has water challah and traditional challah. Even though this bakery is located on Devon Ave you can preorder these baked goods for a Friday and pick it up from a synagogue near you.

Manna Bakehouse (formerly Tel Aviv Bakery) is a clean and tidy gem on Devon. The staff is always friendly, overly nice, and provides great customer service. Everything is fresh and looked delicious. The challah is always fresh, with every kind of challah imaginable, including a delicious spelt challah and a fantastic pretzel challah with salt on top. The sourdough is obviously amazing, that's the OG product. The Hamantaschen are simply fabulous for Purim, and the sufganiyot are the best, fresh and full of flavor. Tried the chocolate croissants, morning muffin, and blueberry muffin. The kichel is made like chips and flat assorted pieces looked like peanut brittle; new owner management awful, disrespectful and rude. Highly recommended.
