I ordered a wake up wrap and it was burnt and really crisp, I couldn't eat it and the server was not watering glove either. Worst customer service ever at any Dunkin I have visited.

After the rebuild of the facility it’s much brighter and over all nicer. Nothing to write home about though. Food is alright - you know what you’re getting when you spend your money here.Dietary restrictions: KosherParking: Over crowded small parking lot. You might get lucky, but watch out for zombies driving carelessly.

They updated the look but don't have the service to match! I have been going to this location for years now and it is always the same. They will have plenty employees standing around talking and no one addresses the patrons that have to enter the store for service. You have extended wait times just to pour a cup of coffee. Then more times than not it will be wrong due to a rush job. It seems this location penalize the customers that have to come in the front door by not being attentive to them. You can't get an ambulance, bus, or fire truck through the drive thru!! Pay attention to what I am asking for so that you will get it correct. You have went up on your prices and we are paying. Please stop talking to your coworkers long enough to get it right bc professional people don't have time to come back to correct your mistakes, but of course you already know this!

I have been here two times, both times employees attitude made me feels like 'you are not welcome here'....coffee tastes more like water and old...asked for a toasted bagel with cheese but they gave me cold bagel with cream...worst dunkin i have ever been to...?

Very very bad customer service. They was only 2 employees very rude and she clearly said she don’t want to take my order. I was on drive through she didn’t listen the order and when I drove up she was least bothered. And there was an Indian guy who refused and want us to drive again and place Order.

Really Disappointed ☹️ After waiting for so long. Messed up my drink I asked for iced latte gave me frozen drink. You have to describe 2 times for add ons to make sure and make sure they give the right one.

They switched munchkins to 10 at a time, so when you ask for the regular dozen they say we can give you 15 and charge you for 5 munchkins seperately an order plus 10, they should be honest! I would get 5 more and pay only$1 more for 20!! They also add sooo much ice in drinks and you pay full price for few sips of the actual drink! I'm pregnant, so this is more annoying, and food and prices are much better at dunkin on Dempster!

This place is nice, never had a major problem here, the manager is nice and helpful as well, sometimes homeless people and beggars do come inside and ask for stuff which kills the atmosphere tbh but it’s out of the employees hands.

guy at drive thru say they can't take orders in drive thru only orders thru appthis happened 2 times before I thought there system was down but they'd this on purpose I told him I don't have an app I want to pay with cc he said can't do anything they had a rude guy and a girl working in night I don't mean to be rude but the owner is paying them to ruine customers . stay away from this dunkin.
