Unbilievable that in a week I ordered on the go to get to the store and find it closed. 2 different locations. The first time on the store at the Lake and State Red line and the second time today at the Morse red line stop in Chicago. Have sent 2 email, no response. Disappointing!
This place is the absolute worst in both customer service and drink preparation. It's no wonder people are willing to pay an extra $1 or $2 for Starbucks coffee. First, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that an iced coffee should be ICED. If all the ice is melted in my drink in the one block it takes me to walk home, you aren't making it right. And their employees need to be trained to make drinks correctly: you don't put ice in the cup first and then pull hot espresso...read full review
