I don't understand why this franchise enforces a timed seating period for paying customers when the store is empty. This makes no sense. They act like it's Applebee's and servers need the table. Starbucks doesn't care how long one sits inside, whether it's crowded or slow. This franchise is going to lose a strong customer base by enforcing a silly policy.

I encourage you guys to put people first.
If a customer respectfully asks to use the restroom. Just help them. Dont ask them to buy first. You are not just a business, but part of a community.

Everything else is very good but the cashier has to pay more attention to what the customer asks of her, be a little more friendly, cashiers are a very important role in restaurants, thank you, blessings
