This place could be awesome if employees cared. There was no ice for soda, I wanted small but got med, so half was thrown out! If you're going to drown sandwich in mayo, GIVE MORE THEN 2 NAPKINS! The chicken wasn't on bun properly so half had no meat and half hung over side ?. You can't reposition it cause mayo acts like glue.??. It could have been delish.?
I have been eating popeyes chicken since forever. I was at the location on broadway sheridan rd and devon ave in chicago, across from where I live.And I know they change ownership and management often. But, I decided to stop in and get a 4-piece mixed. You only get one side with a 4-piece, so I got the coleslaw and ordered a large mash w/gravey. Well no need to say that this was a big mistake. Chicken sandwich huge. The fries.....every other fry hard as rock. Didnt like that they didnt put the chicken in some kind of container. They threw the chicken in the bottom of a bag, and then put the separate bag that contained the chicken inside, ....they put that bag inside the bag with the fries....right on top of the over cooked burrnt fries. Nope.
