Food and workers are always great. Ownership however needs to quit being cheapskates and fix the AC. If it sucks for customers to sit swelterong heat then it must be near unbearable for their employees.
This is my local Taco Bell. I’m here all the time. It’s usually fine. I don’t have extremely high expectations from taco bell, but it’s extremely reliable and fine food. Just today I made an online order and went to pick it up in the store after getting a notification that it was ready. I walk inside and I tell the guy my name. He goes “it’s not ready”. The staff and the night manager are great. Especially the manager that’s there most nights. Always great and making sure things are running right. HOWEVER, the AC doesn’t work and hasn’t been for most of the summer. It’s an absolute shame that a company like Taco Bell has these good workers working in these conditions.
