Starbucks Coffee Company is a coffee shop where customers often enjoy their drinks. One customer had a great experience when a staff member quickly helped after a coffee was spilled, providing rags and remaking the drink. The store was also supportive of workers' rights and is now unionized, offering an uplifting work environment. However, another customer was disappointed when redeeming reward points for a free drink, as the coffee tasted too milky and wasn't sweet at all. Despite this, the customer still appreciates Starbucks and will continue to visit.
