Went there, asked for the special that’s offer throughout the city. The cashier said no.. and starts arguing with me when it’s all known that my order was Covered by the special. I walked out never coming back to this bad temper ladies!!!!

This place is hit-or-miss. There's a great guy working the drive-thru at night. When the nasty girl is working, forget it! She's so miserable and tries to spread her misery with her nasty attitude.

Coffee was usual Dunkin, as you would expect but the store had filthy vents, coffee stains on the floor and doesn't feel comfortable sitting inside. Save yourself and grab your cravings from the drive thru.

To my guy who has no manners this is to you! (8/31 at 17:00). If you're going to work in the customer service business you definitely need to up your game buddy. Keeping your back turn for a countless minute is a poor reflection of you and your professionalism. For you to simply say hey there's a sign right there that says next register is a piss poor way to help someone. You're clearly see me standing in front and you continue to chat in the corner taking who knows how long to put on one glove. You really think I'm going to be watching a video on the screen for my enjoyment when I've been waiting a good solid minute for you guys to come on over. Credits to the young lady who helped me out because if it was you my good sir we would not have had a great conversation. By the way! Don't mention your business out loud when you got customers around.

Me and my coworkers came here on our lunch break and had the cops called on us over this bratty teenager refusing service to us. Claimed to be doing inventory but the supervisor told us that they don’t do inventory. All the kid got was a write up. If you want good service definitely avoid this place because this was by far the worst experience I’ve had in any dunkin donuts.

The girls there must not make enough to care ? and the managers must be mediocre if the girls there get away with that mess. Ordering was annoying. Had to keep repeating things. Then I asked for a caramel iced latte and they gave me a mocha. Apart from waiting 7 minutes in a line for 2 coffees and 3 donuts, they got the order wrong. I told them it was caramel not mocha and this ghetto window girl went to the back and pumped caramel into the mocha latte instead of making me another. I didn’t even bother to complain again bc she looked messy like she’d do something nasty to it.

This place is incredibly slow. There's always cars leaving the line of the Drive Thru because they drag so bad. The DT line is a joke too, always a traffic jam here, not worth stopping if you're on your way to work, you'll be late waiting here.

Do the mobile orders before the people who have just walked in I already paid. Also if the order is completed put the freaking bag in the dedicated mobile order shelves WITH THE LABEL FACING THE CUSTOMER so we know it's done and we can take it and leave. I'm constantly reaching behind the counter to get my order which is complete and just sitting there.
