I just went to the drive through, but the young man that served me was nice and attentive.
got years coming here and I'm tired of the horrible service, never gets better, always same deficiency on service and products

Dunkin' can be a hit-or-miss experience. Some staff members are friendly, like the guy at the drive-thru who surprised a customer with an extra donut. However, there are complaints about unfriendly service from some employees. The coffee, donuts, and ice cream are generally good. The atmosphere is decent, but there are occasional disturbances from customers with mental health issues. Despite this, the Dunkin' on 28th/Kedzie is a favorite for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and friendly staff. It's a great spot to work or study, although the music can be too loud for some. Bonus: they serve ice cream too.
