Very RUDEEE employee. I went inside to place my order I had a big bill, they said they couldnāt take my order because my bill was to big I stated itās ridiculous & tried to walk out. A black African American lady late 39s early 40s begin being rude stating she donāt give af and to get out her restaurant I turned around asked who she was talking to she stated me & begin taking about my mom. Thatās RUDE customer service itās 6 in the morning and this is how you greet customers? If you donāt like your job donāt work there. That was very rude and uncaused for! Your old & at work and this is how you act? Please stop HIRING OLD CRACK HEADS!

they got my order wrong today 7/4/2024 at 12:48 p.m 2 times in a row!! so i went back in and the middle eastern guy was very helpful and generous of remaking my order, on the other side there was a african-american old lady i'd say in her 40's just RUDE! she was mumbling her voice while cleaning the windows and it's like i was a burden to her because SHE made my order wrong. i'll be back here since it's nearby my apartment but she won't be taking any orders from me, if it was up to me she'd be fired because the way she treats and talks to customers is insanity

Very good service and respectful workers. Donuts are always fresh and make me want to get more donuts. I have not had such experience from any other DDs!
Im not sure how this establishment is still open. Whenever you go in there the workers are disrespectful to customers and each other, workers are arguing or cussing at one another, place is filthy, and cant even make a simple order right. There is a middle aged black woman who works in the mornings who CLEARLY hates her job and people. You can order something and they will tell you to pick something else off the menu after you paid for the item. In the summer the place is HOT and flies are everywhere. I have actually seen the workers drop something on the floor then put it back like nothing happened. I also am confused how this is the only location that does not participate in ANY seasonal options... they dont offer pumpkin during fall or any of the holiday drinks/food items. Hands down the worst Dunkin out here.
