I have been to this location twice- both times to order a matcha latte & both times right before work when I was running late. The first time around, I ordered a hot drink but was given an iced drink, second time which was today; I got a drink that tasted funky- something was off about it- probably a rotten ingredient. Needless to say, terrible experience with this location both times

This Dunkin is by far the worst establishment I’ve ever been to in my 28 years in Chicago. Their entire staff is rude and so out of it you wonder if they’re ripping a bong in between customers. The store smells and is dirty, they’re always out of everything, and every single time without fail they forget at least one of my items or drink customizations. Today I ordered a bagel and a coffee with a shot of mocha. They forgot the bagel and the mocha. Almost every time they forget to give me a straw when I order for delivery. Their bacon is usually fatty on their sandwiches so I don’t even bother ordering them anymore. Everyone here should be fired. Maybe if they completely re-staffed and changed ownership they could be redeemed. Do better!!

Very RUDEEE employee. I went inside to place my order I had a big bill, they said they couldn’t take my order because my bill was to big I stated it’s ridiculous & tried to walk out. A black African American lady late 39s early 40s begin being rude stating she don’t give af and to get out her restaurant I turned around asked who she was talking to she stated me & begin taking about my mom. That’s RUDE customer service it’s 6 in the morning and this is how you greet customers? If you don’t like your job don’t work there. That was very rude and uncaused for! Your old & at work and this is how you act? Please stop HIRING OLD CRACK HEADS!

they got my order wrong today 7/4/2024 at 12:48 p.m 2 times in a row!! so i went back in and the middle eastern guy was very helpful and generous of remaking my order, on the other side there was a african-american old lady i'd say in her 40's just RUDE! she was mumbling her voice while cleaning the windows and it's like i was a burden to her because SHE made my order wrong. i'll be back here since it's nearby my apartment but she won't be taking any orders from me, if it was up to me she'd be fired because the way she treats and talks to customers is insanity
